The magnificient residence of the 19th century in the middle of a park, the hotel La Villa Eugene is situated in the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay. The 15 room (including 7 suites) with a unique decoration (Louis XVI inspiration, colonial theme) propose you a high standing comfort. Outside swimming pool (summer 2006).

Situated on the Avenue de Champagne (named in the past “Le Faubourg de la Folie” referring to the rich properties around) the Villa Eugène is also in the middle of a park, inviting you to relax, idle and discover curiosities worth seeing. Concerned by the environment, Villa Eugène pays special attention to renewable energy use. Hot water production is partly assured by solar panels and the central heating regulated by heating pump (VRV).
Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.
